A full day in a lovely Masía surrounded by forests where you will learn carving techniques with the axe, the straight knife and the hook knife to shape the wood.
We will start from a branch or log and split it up manually to then shape it into a spoon using only traditional hand tools.
The spoon is just an excuse to delve into the understanding of wood and its anatomy.
The price includes lunch.

What language is the course in?
I am bilingual Spanish/English. I understand Catalan but I don’t speak it very well. I adapt to the needs of each group.
Is the course always done outdoors?
No, only when the weather allows it. Ideally, we carve protected from the sun and rain.
Can minors sign up for the class?
Only if they have experience with tools and always accompanied by an adult. Minimum age: 15 years. Before booking, please contact me to discuss it.
